Delta Education and Leadership Training Academy Executive Board of Members and Advisory Board Members devote their time, talents, funds and resources toward collaborative efforts to assist and support volunteer community service and mentoring our youth in reaching their full potential.
In 2006, community leaders joined together to form Delta Education and Leadership Training Academy (DeltaEd), a 501 (c) (3) public charity. DeltaEd has two primary purposes: (1) obtaining financial resources to support ongoing volunteer community service programs such as mentoring workshops for youth, leadership training, and financial aid for higher education; and (2) offering life skills training for youth; providing them with the information and tools to make better personal, educational, and career decisions.
DeltaEd’s mission is achieved through volunteers who devote their time, talents, funds and connections toward collaborative efforts to assist community youth in reaching their full potential.It is supported by an experienced Advisory Board of community leaders including:
